Thankful to the Medical Team of Renaissance Hospital and also other related staff for their whole-hearted service to the patient, Jhumpa Sarkar, Bed No.204A particularly Lopa ma’m, Sourita ma’m, etc for their amicable nature of their own duty. Some minor issues are there but ignorable. My opinion is always with the Renaissance Hospital for further reference to my related beneficiary under WBHS. Everyone is so helpful and cooperative. Though distance from my resident to the Hospital is near about 45kms but the familiar atmosphere of the Hospital is remarkable. No cash is taken for cashless treatment under WBHS. Due to this reason, the Hospital sets an example to other renowned medical institutions.
